Got Questions? Frequently Asked Questions

Q Can you help me in my state? I live in __

Yes we can! Here at National Legacy Partners, we serve nationwide (currently in the US) and are ready to help! Just reach out or schedule a consultation with us during a day and time that works best for you! We can’t wait to partner in your Legacy.

Q Do I need to qualify to buy a home?

We are not extremely interested in your past credit status. Your ability to make reasonable monthly payments and your desire to be a homeowner now is what is really important to us.

Q How can I buy a home when I have bad credit?

You can’t through conventional lenders, but you can with our help. We can setup owner financing or by creating Rent-to-Own situations to help improve your credit over time. We also work with mortgage brokers who may be able to arrange a loan for you. This Program is limited by State Law.

Q How much down payment do I need?

We are very flexible with your down payment. We can offer you many options and we always do our best to work with whatever funds you have available. You can even start out on our Rent-to-Own program and then move to our owner financing program at a later date when you have the additional money.

Q What kind of houses do you buy?

We buy houses in any area, condition or any price range.

Q What do you mean by “any condition”? What if my house needs repairs?

We will buy your house as-is! You don’t need to do any more repairs!

Q Do you deal in higher priced properties?

Yes, we can work with any seller who needs to move a property quickly for any reason and in any price range.

Q Are you Realtors® who are going to just list my house?

Marcia Williams, our Chief Acquisition Specialist is a licensed real estate agent and can also offer to buy your house through our company. If the offer is not satisfactory to you she can list your property and market it for you to the general public for the maximum offer. You decide what’s best for you. Is it better to get an offer now, close quickly and be done with it or try the market and see what happens? Either way we are here to serve your needs.
